To better serve the New York City market, we have developed the capacity to restore windows in quantity and to execute projects in which there are a variety of window types. Wood windows, steel windows, hardware restoration, stained or leaded glass, insulated glass conversion; we can complete all these repair cycles to specification and on schedule. For big projects, complex projects or problem sites, our program works because we address the whole window opening, inclusive of all issues, for a complete, turnkey solution. New York's elite property managers, architects and general contractors make their most challenging window restoration problems go away by calling us. Building industry leaders know that our comprehensive solutions save their client time and money, from planning through final completion.

Formerly Restoration Management Services, Inc., Restoration Works, LLC was founded by Roland "Jim" Hicks in October of 2004. Mr. Hicks has been in the building trades in New York since May of 1961. In 1989 he started Restoration Management Services, Inc. While most of the projects are wood window restoration and replacement, RMS also does metal window restoration and stained and leaded glasswork. RMS is listed in the directory of the New York Landmarks Conservancy and the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission as a recommend contractor for the restoration and replacement of wood windows and stained glass in landmarked buildings.
