Formerly Restoration Management Services, Inc., Restoration Works, LLC was founded by Roland "Jim" Hicks in October of 2004. Mr. Hicks has been in the building trades in New York since May of 1961. In 1989 he started Restoration Management Services, Inc. While most of the projects are wood window restoration and replacement, RMS also does metal window restoration and stained and leaded glasswork. RMS is listed in the directory of the New York Landmarks Conservancy and the New York Landmarks Preservation Commission as a recommend contractor for the restoration and replacement of wood windows and stained glass in landmarked buildings.
